LuMac Damage in Transit

Firstly if you have experienced damage in transit we are sorry this has happened to you.

As you will see from the packaging we go to great lengths to make sure the parcels arrive to you in perfect condition.

We’d like to also reassure you that we have very strict quality control procedures so all items leave the factory in a perfect condition and any damages you have experienced will have occurred in transit, it’s very important to us that every customer is happy with the canopy.

You will have been advised when you ordered that for free replacements you MUST have signed for the delivery as damaged. If you did not then we ask for a £45 admin contribution as the delivery company do not offer any reimbursements for the damage / delays they have caused.
